Once i arrived to the office , i was greeted by the friendly receptionists. Joanna the office manager also made me feel more relaxed and assured me that i was in great hands. Once I met Dr Basak, we discussed what it was i wanted. Dr. Basak listened and knew exactly how to give me the results i wanted . I’m very pleased with the whole process. Dr. Basak was very friendly and gentle. I know everyone’s pain tolerance is different but for me, it was very little to no pain. I would recommend her to anyone i know looking to get lip filler done .

Dr Basak's office was completely professional in setting up the appt including calling me back promptly when I had questions (thank you Joanna). I was taken in on time and Dr Basak was terrific in her explanations of the procedure and what options I would have that affected recovery time etc. The surgery (mohs on my leg) was very successful, minimally invasive and performed with skill and compassion by Dr Basak. I originally had a referral for Dr Karen Sundby from About Skin Dermatology and I was glad that turned out to be an administrative uber hassle landing me at Dr Basak's. I have had mohs before from a misspent youth out in the sun but never as professionally, skillfully and compassionately as Dr Basak. Thank you to the whole team.
